Refund Policy
Membership
Once a person pays a membership fee to ww2images.com they will receive a username and password which will grant them unlimited access to the site for either a week or 6 months as requested. If for any reason during this membership, ww2images.com can no longer provide this access then the remaining period's membership fee will be calculated and refunded. If the site is unavailable for longer than 3 days then a proportional refund will also be available upon request.
We do not keep card details so once a person's membership has expired, they will be notified and invited to sign up again. We do not rebill cards automatically.
Image Purchase
All image orders will be sent by email unless otherwise requested. Should the emails fail to get through then we will try alternative online methods such as FTP transfer. Images can be sent on cd by post but this may incur further handling charges. Once images have been received and approved the transaction will be deemed to be complete and no refunds can be made.
